✔️ 2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • We accept payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Binance USDT (TRC20), Payoneer, Wise, and Western Union.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, services will be provided as per the agreed timeline.

✔️ 3. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be provided once the campaign has been started or data has been shared.
  • If technical issues occur from our side and the campaign fails, a partial refund may be considered.

✔️ 4. Client Responsibility

  • The client must provide valid and legal email content (no spam, fraud, scam, or illegal offers).
  • The client must comply with local and international email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the content provided by the client.

✔️ 5. Data Privacy

  • Client-provided data will be used only for the agreed campaign purpose.
  • We do not share your email lists or campaign details with any third party.

✔️ 6. Service Limitation

  • We do not guarantee 100% inbox delivery; however, we strive for the best possible results using verified SMTP servers and optimized settings.
  • Email delivery depends on recipient servers, spam filters, and other external factors.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.

✔️ 9. Email Reporting

  • After each campaign, we provide a detailed performance report that includes:
    • Total Emails Sent
    • Opened Emails
    • Unopened Emails
    • Active Subscribers
    • Unsubscribed Emails
    • Invalid or Wrong Email Addresses
  • This report allows clients to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign and make better decisions for future marketing efforts.
